Financial Consultation
Utah Fertility Center is committed to making the financial aspect of your fertility treatments as stress-free as possible. After meeting with your physician and determining your course of treatment, we encourage you to schedule a free financial consultation so we can clearly outline the costs involved with your customized treatment. We want you to be fully informed and without any financial surprises. During the financial consultation, our financial counselor can discuss fertility treatment costs, review your insurance coverage and provide financing options.

Military Discount
Utah Fertility Center is grateful for the service provided by our United States military personnel. For those that do not have coverage through insurance, we offer a discount on fertility treatment cycle fees for both active military and veterans to thank them for their service.

Access Discount
At Utah Fertility Center, we are responding to the financial needs of the infertile community by offering IVF cycles at reduced rates to lower-income patients. The access discount applies to IVF cycles that are not covered by your insurance policy. To qualify you will need to have a combined income of $50,000 or less a year. An application is required for this discount and is subject to proof of financial status.

Sunfish Gold Member Guarantee Program

Utah Fertility Center is proud to partner with Fertility Lifelines to offer the compassionate care program that gives patients access to discounted fertility medications.
