Financial Information

UFC is committed to make the financial aspect of your fertility treatments as stress-free as possible. We encourage you to schedule a free financial consult either at the time of your initial patient consultation or prior to beginning fertility treatments so that we can clearly outline the costs of your fertility treatments. We want to you to be fully informed and without any financial surprises.

During your financial consultation, our advisor can discuss typical treatment charges and review your insurance coverage as well as explain how the treatment is paid. Financing is available. Please contact our office for information.

Other information provided during your financial consultation includes discussing various treatment discounts and options such as: reduced global IVF package purchases, access discounts, military discounts, multiple cycle discounts, and our Attain IVF Refund Program. The Attain IVF Refund Program is a 6 cycle treatment package with a refund guarantee.  Pay about the cost of two IVF cycles upfront and get up to 3 IVF cycles and 3 frozen embryo cycles.  If you do not take a baby home from the hospital, the program offers a refund of up to 70% of the program fee.  With the Attain IVF with Donor egg Program, if you do not take a baby home from the hospital, the Program offers a refund of up to 100% of the fee paid to Integramed.   This program relies on our excellent pregnancy statistics and portrays how we are committed to helping you achieve a pregnancy. You must meet all inclusion and exclusion criteria to participate in this program.

UFC is proud to partner with Fertility LifeLines to offer the compassionate care program that gives patients access to free fertility medications. Patients must be able to qualify for the program, but Fertility LifeLines and UFC will handle the paperwork and details. Many of our patients have received assistance from this wonderful program. Guideline Costs  (Note:  These prices do not account for possible additional discounts such as multiple cycle discounts and access discounts.)

Initial Consult:  During the initial consult, a comprehensive history will be taken, focusing on fertility.  A transvaginal ultrasound will also be done to evaluate the uterus and ovaries.  Many insurance companies pay for the initial consultation.  Generally, the cost of a new patient appointment is approximately $230.  The cost of a new patient phone consult is approximately $170.  Typically, insurance companies do not cover phone consultations.

Follow-Up Consultations:  Follow-up consultations or return visit consultations typically cost $80-$172.  Some insurance companies will pay for this visit.  Follow-up consultations following an unsuccessful invitro fertilization cycle (IVF) or frozen embryo transfer cycle (FET) are free of charge.

Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH) Cycles +/- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI):  Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycle costs vary greatly depending on the amount of fertility medication used and the number of ultrasounds performed during a cycle.  Typical price range for a COH cycle cost is $250-$850 per cycle.  If a sperm preparation and insemination are also performed, typical price range for a COH/IUI cycle is $550-$1100 per cycle.

IVF:  $8,433 (+ labs, anesthesia, medication, embryo cryopreservation).  UFC is currently conducting an IVF study involving progesterone supplementation with IVF.  If you are eligible, you will receive a 20% discount on your IVF cycle charge.

Intracytoplasmis Sperm Injection (ICSI):  $1,500-$1,700

Frozen Embryo Transfer (Regular Cycle):  $2,254 (+meds)

IVF with Anonymous Ovum Donor (OD) Cycle:  $13,425 (+Anesthesia, medication, recipient labs, embryo cryopreservation)

IVF with Gestational Carrier (GC) Cycle:  $12,795 (+labs, anesthesia, medication, embryo cryopreservation, and GC spouses labs)

With the Attain Multi-Cycle Plan, pay for less than two cycles upfront and get up to 2 IVF cycles and 2 frozen embryo cycles at a discounted rate. While this Plan does not offer a refund if treatment is not successful, it assists patients by fixing the cost of treatment and providing a discount for multiple cycles.  The multi-cycle plan is availabe to all patients.
